30-Day Easy Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags and labels attached
- Original packaging intact
How returns work:
- Email support@cireliaapparel.com with subject "Return + [order number]"
- We'll send a return address and RMA number
- Ship the item back with tracking
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Shipping:
- Damaged, wrong item, or defective: we cover both ways
- Change of mind / wrong size: return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- First-time exchanges: we cover the outbound shipping
Not eligible for return:
- Intimates and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Worn, washed, or tag-removed items
- Final Sale clearance items
